Baby Phat Dresses

Is this okay to wear to a club during winter?
I wanna go to a club for my 23rd birthday. The club we are going to is very nice and celebrities are sometimes seen there. There is a dress code, friends and I want to dress up real nice. I was thinking about wearing either a black ruched baby phat dress above the knee that’s low cut and with a belt, red baby phat heels, and a clutch. My second choice is skinny jeans, a cute top (maybe sequin), and the same red heels. What should I wear?
Anything BUT baby phat clothes or visible brand name like that. why? because its known to be as the brand for wanna be high class prostitutes. And its incredibly ghetto as well as tacky (most of the times).
