How to have healthiest baby possible? Is it luck? Predictors for baby health problems or birth defects?
Is there anything specific about the male or female that can either contribute to a healthy or unhealthy baby? Age? Weight? Stress? Health conditions? Is 32 still young enough? I would love a list of ANYTHING at all to contribute to good health of baby… Whether it involves the conditions of the man and woman before and during conception, and during pregnancy… Thanks! Is there anything that can contribute to getting pregnant as quickly as possible (besides the obvious)? What if you have been on birth control for several years? How long should you be off birth control? What prevents people from being able to get pregnant? Thank you for any answers you have!
Definitely eating right and good helps with having a healthy baby. The best advice is for both future mom and dad to live a healthy life too leading up to the days of conception aka no drinking/drugs ect. Once pregnant, eating healthy foods, avoiding tuna fish, caffine, and anything else your doctor may suggest. Exercising is also key – I walked 4 miles every day for my first pregnancy, not only was it good for me, but it was good for the baby too. trying to avoid stress is also beneficial, although it’s almost impossible to not get stressed here and there when you are pregnant for the first time. Take prenatal vitamins too. Just use common sense too, you can have a very healthy, happy baby. Good luck to you.
