Do three sets of between twelve and twenty of these and before you know it you’ll have rock hard abs and have gone back to your pre-pregnancy weight.
Walking: In 2007 Harvard did a study that proved walking for just a half an hour every day can lower the chances of a woman keeping her pregnancy weight. The women who were participants in this study lost eleven pounds on average and most of them had reached their goals by the time their children had their first birthdays. Therefore, get outside and get some fresh air. The time of day that you choose to walk is not remotely important but if you want to take your baby with you (in the stroller or in a carrier) you need to be sure to walk when the weather will be hospitable for your baby.
Take lots of fluids with you when you go. Do this every day and you’ll lose that weight in no time.
