Babies-N-More

I have only experienced Babies R Us and Target but Babies R Us has a TERRIBLE return policy. No returns/exchanges without a receipt, no exceptions. So when someone accidently got me the wrong bottles I couldn’t return them OR exchange them for the right ones (even though they cost the same and were the current style and only sold locally at babies r us). I was stuck with the bottles. Of course I could have asked the person who got me the gift for the receipt, but it was a gift and I didn’t want to look greedy and rude by doing that…

Now I refuse to shop there.
